Rooted in compassion, inclusion, and dignity, AMRITA provides a supportive ecosystem where children, adolescents, and young adults are guided to grow, learn, and live with confidence.
With its integrated model, comprising a Rehabilitation Centre, Special School, and Vocational Training Unit. AMRITA ensures continuity of care and development from early childhood into adulthood. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with families to promote independence, emotional well-being, functional skills, and meaningful participation in society.

Dear Parents, Well-Wishers, and Friends,
While medical advancements are saving more fragile lives than ever before, survival is often just the beginning of a long journey. Parents of such children continue to face significant life-long hurdles which are not limited to navigating cognitive and educational difficulties and managing Physical and medical needs, they have to address their complex emotional requirements that demand long-term care and deep understanding. Many children in our society face developmental challenges stemming from congenital or environmental factors.
Observing the lack of structured support in Tier-II cities like Kanpur, where parents often feel helpless and without guidance, I realized that a change was necessary.

Amrita Rehab Center is a very supportive and well managed place The staff is extremely cooperative, patient and caring. The special education program is well structured, the Occupational Therapy (OT) sessions are effective. Play therapy is conducted in a friendly and engaging way, which really helps children feel comfortable and motivated. Overall, the therapists and staff work with dedication and understanding, making this center a great choice for children who need special care and guidance.
