Samarth Unit is a Vocational training and employment center for individuals with special needs.
At Samarth along with vocational training extensive emphasis is given to develop personal, social & Communication Skills and functional behavior of the young adults. We provides comprehensive education, vocational training and work opportunities to person with special needs.
Our vocational training goes beyond skill-building. It focuses on the holistic development of each adult with special needs. By identifying individual strengths, interests, and abilities, we tailor activities to encourage meaningful participation perseverance, and pride in their accomplishments. Adults with special needs not only practical skill but also social, communication & emotional skills. Such as patience, corporation, time management task completion.
The ultimate goal of the vocational unit is to prepare adults with special needs for vocational opportunities. Given them to the confidence to participate in daily life independently and purposefully.
Through consistence guidance, practice, & Positive reinforcement we aim to impower each adult with special needs to discover their potential and take steps towards a more confident, capable and meaningful life.
At Samarth vocational center we also empower parents through emotional support counseling and imparting correct information about the future needs of their children.
